Registration

The conference registration site requires the selection of one conference registration category (IEEE DEIS, IEEE, IEEE Life, non-IEEE member, Retired/Unemployed, Student, or Spouse/Companion) and credit card payment (or the option to print an invoice and submit payment by check). IEEE DEIS, IEEE, IEEE Life, non-IEEE member, Retired/Unemployed registration categories entitle the registrant to participation in all technical sessions; the daily (Monday through Wednesday) conference breakfast and AM/PM breaks; the Sunday night welcome reception; the Monday USS Midway night-out dinner; and the Tuesday night conference banquet. In addition, each of these categories will receive both a hard copy and CD version of the Conference Proceedings. Student registrations (as well as Exhibitor registrations as part of an Exhibitor booth package) include all of the above with the exception of the hard bound Proceedings. Companion registrations include access to all events but registrants will not receive the Book of Abstracts or Conference Proceedings and cannot be an author or presenter of an accepted paper in the technical program.

2012 IPMHVC Conference Registration

This is the same website as that used for abstract submissions. If you already have an account on this site after having submitted an abstract, you may login as you normally would and then select the “Register Now” registration link from the Account Home page once you are logged on. If you have not yet created an account on this website, use the “New Account” link on the right side of the main website page below to create an account. Use that information to log in and select the “Register Now” link to get to the Conference Registration page. From there, you may then select “Add New Registrant” to generate a new registration and make arrangements for payment of the appropriate fees.

Registration fees are nonrefundable after April 30, 2012. There is a $75 service fee on all cancellations prior to April 30, 2010. We recommend that prospective attendees, who have additional travel requirements (issue of passport, visa, etc.), should consider conference on-site registration in order to avoid cancellation penalties.

Discounted early registration fees are valid only if full payment is received by April 18, 2012. Early registrants who do not pay their registration fee in full until after April 18th, or onsite, will be charged the regular registration rate. You are not registered for the conference until payment is received.

IEEE members who belong to the Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS) receive a reduced conference registration rate.
