The conference registration site requires the selection of one conference registration category (IEEE DEIS, IEEE, IEEE Life, non-IEEE member, Retired/Unemployed, Student, or Spouse/Companion) and credit card payment (or the option to print an invoice and submit payment by check). IEEE DEIS, IEEE, IEEE Life, non-IEEE member, Retired/Unemployed registration categories entitle the registrant to participation in all technical sessions; the daily (Monday through Wednesday) conference breakfast and AM/PM breaks; the Sunday night welcome reception; the Monday USS Midway night-out dinner; and the Tuesday night conference banquet. In addition, each of these categories will receive both a hard copy and CD version of the Conference Proceedings. Student registrations (as well as Exhibitor registrations as part of an Exhibitor booth package) include all of the above with the exception of the hard bound Proceedings. Companion registrations include access to all events but registrants will not receive the Book of Abstracts or Conference Proceedings and cannot be an author or presenter of an accepted paper in the technical program.
These items included with each type of registration:
|Tech Session Access||Allowed to|
|Conf. Breaks(Cont. Breakfast, AM/PM Breaks)||Social Events|
(Reception, Night-out, Banquet)
The conference badge will use the First/Given Name and the Last/Family/Surname, together with the Organization/Affiliation. The address used in the registration form will be used to mail out the Conference Proceedings once they are available so please ensure that this is accurate.
Please use this link to register online (we expect this to be functioning by March 1, 2012)
This is the same website as that used for abstract submissions. If you already have an account on this site after having submitted an abstract, you may login as you normally would and then select the “Register Now” registration link from the Account Home page once you are logged on. If you have not yet created an account on this website, use the “New Account” link on the right side of the main website page below to create an account. Use that information to log in and select the “Register Now” link to get to the Conference Registration page. From there, you may then select “Add New Registrant” to generate a new registration and make arrangements for payment of the appropriate fees.
